From New York/Newark:

• Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 9 (to Route 18/Route 1/New Brunswick).
• Follow signs to Route 1 and take Route 1 South for about 30 minutes.
• Turn right onto Harrison Street (at the traffic light, there will be a Sunoco gas station).
• Drive 3-4 miles on Harrison, through about 6 traffic lights.
• With the Princeton Shopping Center on your right, stay in the left lane as the road forks and turns into Ewing Street.
• Pass through one more traffic light and continue to the stop sign where the road ends.
• Turn right onto State Road (or Route 206).
• Follow Route 206 for about 0.5 miles through a forested area.
• The first office building driveway on the right will be 707 State Road or the "Princeton Gateway Campus".
• Turn right into the parking lot, and the Medarex office is located on the second floor.
• If you reach Herrontown Road on the right or any shops on the left, you have travelled too far.
  

From Philadelphia:

• Take the I-95 north to Exit 63 (to Route 1 North/New Brunswick).
• Follow signs to Route 1 and take Route 1 North towards New Brunswick.
• Follow jug-handle onto Harrison Street (at the traffic light, a Sunoco gas station will be on the left).
• Drive 3-4 miles on Harrison, through about 6 traffic lights.
